We don’t use a lot of mustard around here, so I’m not surprised what we have in the fridge is, like me today, kind of old [1]. I took the mustard out the weekend before last and noticed that the Gulden’s people had warned me that it was BEST BY SEP132007.
Funny, I thought. If the season had ended by SEP132007, then the Mets would have won the National League East by seven games. Instead they kept playing for a little while longer. Well, the Phillies did anyway (which allowed them to ketchup).
