Santana on Wednesday, Super Bowl Tonight!

The Mets completed a trade for the best pitcher in the world 52 hours ago. Eli Manning just led the heretofore mediocre Giants past the heretofore undefeated Patriots for the championship of professional tackle football. And, for all I know, cats are doing math.

Sheesh…these days everything is possible.

OK. The football Giants played at Yankmee Stadium for 20 years of their about 80 year history. And when I was coming up, The Jets had Joe Willie and Superbowl 3.
This was a game for the ages. I love this Jints team. Heart. St George has slain the dragon.

From our friend Lisa Olson of the Daily News…
    Jan 21:
“That can wait, because beyond all odds and common sense, the Giants are headed to Arizona for a date in a fortnight with, natch, the New England Patriots. Go ahead, Vegas, bet against these Giants. Make them two-touchdown underdogs. The Giants have a habit of pulling off Superman's cape.”
